Simple. There is a much higher percentage of Black on Black crime then White on White crime. That's the difference.

"Black on Black crime" is a prejudice ideal that is used by Black leaders. The idea is that people of African decent should not prey on others of the same ethnicity. In other words, it is bad for a Black man to hold up "brother" but it is O.K. for him to hold up someone who is white.
"Don't hurt your own brothers and sisters." What kind of garbage is that? Don't commit crimes! Yeah,getting a job is hard for some people, especially those who do not want the job (working at Wal Mart or flipping burgers) and think selling drugs or themselves is somehow better. If you are going to be ignorant enough to break the law (and I do not mean stealing food to feed your children because you have no other choice - I am referring to pointing a weapon at another human being and demanding their wallet/purse/jewelry because you are going to sell it and have fun with the proceeds) don't try saying "I have had a bad life and society has driven me to do this." Do not suppose that someone who has come to the conclusion that crime is a way to live will see past preying on the weak or poor around them.
All of this said, crime is crime. Race, gender, sexual orientation, etc, has no place as a deterrent. Yes, there are hate crimes based on ignorance and intolerance. Black on Black crime, however, is nothing more than a catch phrase. I do not recall anyone saying "White on White" or "Gay on Gay" crime was any more or less wrong than normal crime (though I admit that it is possible some lunatic may have taken a stab at it.)
For those of you who think I am being racist, grow up. The sooner people stop making up excuses for why something illegal has been done and just stop doing it, the better off everyone will be.

yes what you say is true and no there isnt a difference, anyone who commits a crime is a criminal, however....
you are quick to point out how "whitee'" speaks in polite society and if i understand you correctly you are referring to the not so average whitee, the guys you see in the movies and the news and politics are not your av, erage whitees. what you fail to realize is, that just like the whitees dont train that superior intellect on themselves, some blacks fail to point out hier own faults or take responsibility for thier own actions, instead there are some who seem to find it easier being the victim, and these faults are of humanity, not just blacks and "whitee's"
There are far too many blacks that are not criminals and have found thier place in todays society, and have made happy successful lives. because they have not allowed themselves pity and have taken responsibilty for thier own actions.
though i must say that i now feel that i am wasting my time writing this as you will probably not even bothered to have read this far....

There is actually a difference, black people have more white blood cells than white people do. That's why most of the running athletes are black.

Tommy Franks explained it best in "Into the Storm, a Study in Command." His term is blue on blue. This refers to fratricide where friendly troops (blue) are hitting fellow soldiers (blue). Good for a pincer type of movement but not so good in enemy territory. What you strive for in battle is not blue on blue but blue on red. You need to get out of prison and start reform in the hood. The lessons of battle need to be understood.
