Ummmm that's kind of a bad situation either way. I think I'll take my chances and find out instead. But if I had to choose, I think 80 years is worth it.

I'd rather die at 40 pain free. Otherwise, what's the point. Life is to enjoy.

A painful death is almost sure for us if we live long enough, cancer and other diseases are already lurking in our bodies, However even a death at 40 would be painful if caused by illness.
Who can know what is hidden in our genetic baggage?
The best answer is to be ready to say good-bye as soon as possible when ilness strikes.
