how do u get quick run in kingdom hearts 2?

While watching some vedeos i found out that in kh2 u can tun fast on the ground by pressing (circle). But, how fo u get it. I know that u can get it if u level up with the wisdom form but, i am not sure.
Can anyone please help?

yes it is wisdom form
best place to level up is in THE WORLD THAT NEVER WAS, where heartless keep appearing, they will never stop appearing and thus quickly allowing you to level up. Make sure you are near a save point so you do not have to charge your drive form

I think you have to level up valor form or Master form.
