why did they return the girl's cd's when she submitted them to the record companies?

Because it was unsolicited meaning, she had nobody to represent her, no copyrights, they couldn't touch her without all that information.

they was returned by the mail shortly after she sent them in they wasn't even opened,did you happen to see the cmt special on the coyotes they had the Ultimate Coyote Search it was great ,they also have web site .the winner of the search got 25,ooo dollars she works in the bar in Nashville now at the Coyote Ugly Bar

they did that because the tapes were good enough and the record comp didt want them
