It doesn't mean you are ugly unless you are unsightly. Uglyness does not discriminate among races. So basically it's prevalent among all groups. Usually to make yourself more likable, if you are ugly, you should try to stray from stereotypes and be unique. That way others will see your potential and personality. You should also find some good role models that you can look up to since obviously you have low self-esteem.
