Many dreams of death have no association with mortality at all. Some may relate to aspects of the dreamer's own psychological life, or to change in life-circumstances. Symbols of death may also draw the dreamer's attention to forthcoming irrevocable events, such as losing a job, retirement, or ending a close relationship.

It was exacty that. A dream. Nothing more, nothing less. Everyone has dreams. Some good, some not so good. Live your life to the fullest, and never take it for granted.
