No i don't think there is an age limit but there should be.
I understand your concern i had to block this site from my 9 year old

To the Yahoo! Answers service? No. Why? Because it's here for Yahoo! users to help each other. Many people, I've noticed, post stupid and idiotic questions that don't deserve the answers they get. Others have objective and purpose and the questioners are actually helped by others responses.
