You may need to upgrade your dvd player, with all the new security they keep putting on dvds your player may not be able to play alot of the new ones, I had the same problem and bought a newer updated dvd player now all movies play just fine

My family had that problem w/ the Atlantis DVD. It wouldn't play in our DVD player and we took it back 2 where we bought it and got a new one but that 1 didn't work either. We tried getting new ones a few times, but none of them worked. We finally got the movie on VHS and it worked.

Don't go through Disney that will take forever. Just return it to the Walmart you bought it from. It will save you the hasle and the grief. Let WAlmart worry about what to do with the damaged disk!!

I think it might be your DVD Player. If not, exchange t for another one. The CD might be jacked up.
