yeah I'm thinking of the dinky model, the pro is not worth all that extra dosh for a slightly bigger screen.

I bought one last week. It's seriously the best computer I've ever owned. It's light, fast, easy to use and looks cool. What more could I want?

How about a free iPod? Get one now, and they give you a free Nano.

The Pro versions aren't really worth the price unless you need a bigger screen. I think the 13" is plenty.

I'm thinking of building a shrine for this thing :)

very awesome. with "alternatives" you can run both Windows and OSX applications seemlessly, or using bootcamp you can actually run both OSX and Windows XP on the same machine! The latter requires an actual copy of XP and you can't run apps from both Operating Systems at the same time though, so for most uses (outside hardcore gaming) alternatives is the way to go.

They are extremely fast, up to 3-4x faster than a comparable PowerPC mac.

Definitely worth the investment. You will not be let down. Go to your local "Apple Store" and try one today! :D
