Provided his name is not on the deed, and you have not signed a lease agreement with him, you simply pack his things, and hers, set them on the street, and get the locks changed. You can hire a company to do that for you, look in the telephone book under Eviction services.

Who owns the house?
Here's a harsh solution (unfortunately).
Sell the house and downsize. It is not the best solution but it will work. After you've got them out and you've lived in a small apt. for a short time, buy another house and never let them move in.

is your son's name on the deed? If not, kick their butts to the curb if there's no other legal agreements.
