I know all the stuff about conversation tips from book. But in reailty when you are try to be engeric and freeiendly to others. A lot time I found my friend or stranger they are not INSYNC. What should I improve myself?

Let them do the talking. Amazing as it sounds, starting a conversation with a question about the other person, their family or whatever, and letting them talk makes them think YOU are the great conversationalist - and you don't have to do anything but listen. Next time you see them, mention something they said and let them talk some more. People love it, you come across as great, and you make lots and lots of friends.

Maybe just listen more closely to what they are saying. I have noticed in conversation the subjects can go in multiple directions. Some differences in intelligence can create a conversation gap.

In order to have a great conversation, the most important thing is to listen to the other person and to make him/her feel good about being with you by the way you treat them.

it's all in the "eye contact". must make eye contact and the words will flow smoothly. Listening to others is a better conversation piece than talking yourself into and out of anything.
Very adamant about friendly eye contact.

How I make great converstion with others is first I smile, then I ask sincere question so they can talk about themselves. That's a start.
