what's the best backup strategy for windows 2003 server?

Full back up one a week. Incremental backups daily in between. Store the last full back up of every month for a year. Store every other full backup at a secure offsite location in case of fire, flood, etc. Pretty much the industry standard.

Normal Backups along with incramental.
