Do you want a laid back, educational, exciting vacation? PVR
Do you want a wild time, with fun fun fun - Jamaica MON!
Both have there rewards and drawbacks-
PVR is CHEAP, safe, and beautiful
Jamaica is mid range, can be dangerous, and beautiful
Jamaica is my one love so I would say Jamaica just for the experience.
But they both have amazing benefits!

PVR, it is way safer than Jamaica.. and the old town in PVR is super fun.. Plus it is way cheaper.
