sex during my period, on birth control so cycles r regular. condom used. he didnt ejaculate so no pregancy?

-i was on period (3rd day to be exact)
-on birth control so monthly cycles are very regular
-condom used
-he didnt ejaculate
-we checked condom for tears after we found none. to do this we added water to the bottle to look for leaking. nothing
