If you have sex, you can be pregnant. No matter what you do, you can get pregnant. All it takes is one sperm (pre-ejaculate) to get through a faulty condom (especially if he keeps it in his pocket), and for something weird to go on with your birth control (bad batch of pills, you on antibiotics) for you to get pregnant.

There is no way you can get pregnant during your period we learn that in sex education class at school. Use the rhythum method. Count from the day you start your period 14 days thats your most furtile time. Then look for like snot in your underwear.
You passed the ovum. Then your good to go for the rest of the month. But condoms are pretty safe and diaframs are pretty safe together not a chance of getting pregnant.
You can't get pregnant during your period stop worrying.

Even if he did ejaculate (there is sperm in the pre-ejaculation fluid) You're on birth control and there was no reason to believe the condom failed?
You should be fine.

well, there is only a 99.9% chance with either a condom or the pill- plus since you were menstruating, you could have been ovulating as well, or closly too. take a pregnancy test to make sure because if you need to do something about it the sooner the better

Damn.... if people were this carefull, there would not be any world hunger/over population/underage pregnancy... Jesus... odds of that you are pregenant are about 1/200,000. So id say, unless you plan to have sex this way every 2 minutes for the rest of your life... you are as safe as anyone else can be...

It sounds like a great many precautions were taken, however, if your partner was inside of you before you put on protection, the little bit of preseminal fluids contain hundreds of thousands of sperm. Additionally, sperm can live inside of a female for up to five days.
Sorry to say, only time will tell.

Anytime you have sex you run the risk of pregnancy or disease. The only real protection is no sexual activity. Some sperm do leak out before ejaculation.

Nothing is ever 100% when it comes to sex, but for you to have gotten pregnant from this scenario is highly, highly unlikely.
Best of luck and God bless.
