I hope this is a rhetorical question. Yes, I'm sure there is a cosmetic doctor who would consider this operation for the right amount of $. However, what good is it to look good in pointy shoes if it hinders your appearance in sandals, flip-flops, barefoot, etc. Interesting inquiry....I hope it was for amusement purposes only!

I say beware of pointed shoes. I work in the airport and saw elderly woman being pushed in a wheel chair. Her toes were on top of each other. Going from the outside to the inside. Looked like pointy shoes syndrome

You should always buy pointy toe shoes one size larger to compensate. That will definitely be less painful I promise!

It's possible to get all of your toes removed but do you want to? Seriously now, you'll be walking funny without your pinky toes in other shoes.

Yes. But complications from it can haunt you forever. If you don't fit into pointy shoes, don't wear them.

Yuck. That is extreme. I have heard of surgeries that make feet narrower, but who would go through that?
