I think about a 250. Why? He is smart enough to dupe the American people into electing him (not by popular vote, but by electoral college but whatever), and not once, but TWICE. He also has the itellectual prowess to carry out a task (a war) that clearly is unfinished business of his father's. And I hope I don't see this come true but he is posturing for his dear brother Jeb to inherent his seat on the throne of the Bush monarchy.
