You should ask your employer to see if they would provide cushioning mats for you to stand on during your shift. Also, shoes with good support are necessary, and make sure to take breaks to stretch occasionally.

Just like the days of Noah shall our last days be. Noah worked for years on the boat. People would go by and say there is the ole fool still working on the boat saying there is coming a flood. Today the Christians are saying repent and be ready as the Savior is coming soon.

Get Doc soles inserts, they can help align your body. It helped me a lot. I was standing 9-12 hours during the day. The best part is you can get a good massage in because you can go during the day.

stretch your back every few hours and sit down if you can during breaks. when you're at home, lie on the floor and gently raise your left arm and right leg a few inches off of the ground, then repeat using the opposite limbs. this exercise will help strengthen your back. people tend to ignore their lower backs and upper backs until they start to notice something is wrong. start working your back out when you exercise and don't forget to stretch.

i would take breaks as frequently as you can. you can also try a back brace but that can actually hurt your upper half of your back because it isnt getting any support. you can try it and also try going to a chiropractor to keep your back straight.
