Yes, a car lot sold me a car that only started once. I went out to go somewhere a few hours later and it wouldn't start. Got a jump took it to the corner mechanic and he listed $1,000+ to fix it. Took the car lot to small claims court. I won, got my money back and the car lot had to pay for court costs. And by the time the car lot guy came and got the car (a week later), he had to get a flat bed truck because the car had 3 flat tires. Joke on him, huh?

No. Any "issue" I've ever had with someone else has always been worked out between us.....no need for a lawsuit.

(Frankly I think that's part of what's wrong with society today.....too many people had rather yell "SUE" and not even try to discuss it and work it out)

No but I have been sued. I bumped into a car doing about 1 mph. no damage to either car. No ticket given by the cop. She sued me through my insurance for $50,000. I am still waiting the outcome. I could tell the minute she got out of the car I was in trouble. She was heavly medicated.

I've never sued anyone because most of my neighbors are good friends of mine and my friendswould never do anything for me to sue them for.

No. Having to sue someone is honestly just stupid.

Never. And I take it by the answers that everyone here would rather not suffer the reverse situation either, being sued frivolously. Another triumph for the golden rule.

Yes, the place where I worked and when I got in to a car accident, so I guess that would make it twice for me.
