go to the farm store pick up a high powerd light it's round and made out of metal with a large bulb.... layer a bunch of straw then cotton balls in an old fish tank ( like 10 gallon) fix the light just over the top of the tank keep te temp about body temp. at all times and role the eggs around every 6-12 hours so you don't "cook" them...it works

My dad and I have raised chickens for years. So I looked on the web to find one similar to what he uses. His is cheap, but very dependable. Below is a link to a site that I found. The Little Giant Still Air incubator for about $49 would serve your purposes very well for a relatively cheap price. You'll need to turn the eggs once to twice a day. Just mark one side with an X with a black permanent marker so you know which ones you've turned.

I don't recommend using the light. It will cost a lot more in electricity to use and you run a much higher risk of catching something on fire or the eggs not hatching. Eggs normally require a very precise temperature to hatch 98-100 degrees Fahrenheit with a descent amount of humidity.
