Go to a Chevy dealer, have them run the VIN and tell you the name of the dealer that sold your Suburban new. Contact that dealer and ask them to make you a copy. All dealers have a copy of the window sticker for the vehicles they sell.

Don't know about sticker, but if you take your VIN to a dealer they can print you out a copy of all the equipment, standard and optional that was installed on your vehicle. They might charge you a small fee but you can get the build sheet with all the factory codes.

If I read it right, the sticker for your car costs about $35, looks just like the original, and they will even laminate it for you.
There are other places but this one looked to be the most comprehensive.
