I don't like him, nor the way he's running the country, but I would not insult him to his face. He is the elected leader of this country, my country, and I would give him respect.
When I leave after meeting him, I would blog about what I really think of him. But I will not disrespect him in public, not matter how much he deserves it.

You selfish, arrogant, bastard. You've caused the death of thousands of innocent people, you've lied your *** off to the world, you've made the rich richer while managing to destroy this countries economy!!!! I hope you are the sole target in the next terrorist attack! As there will be more because you have done nothing to deter or stop them!!! All you have done is lined you and your buddies pockets with blood money from the oil industry. May you suffer a worse fate than any of our brave military men and women and have to endure and may you rot in hell for eternity!

I would show him the respect and good manners entitled to any citizen of the United States. It doesn't matter whether I approve of his policies or leadership and it doesn't matter if I like him. Good manners and the courtesy bestowed on any other citizen of the United States.
I would show him that I understand and respect the office and the integrity of the voters no matter what my political affiliations are.
