Did the US prevoke the missle fueling with their naval manuvers in the area? Or is North Korea just playing a weird game of Russian rulette?

They want to : kill , Kill , KILL!!!
Have you seen the footage of the women marching in their cute military pencil skirts??? Obviously, if they have every citizen partake in their military; they mean military business which is to: kill, Kill, KILL.
Japan should be scared!!! So should we, since they're testing missiles which can reach the USA!!!

The US provokes a lot of stuff...
I wouldn't call what Korea is doing a game Russian Rulette.
I would call it a warning. A warning that if the US doesn't step down off it's high horse and lay off the unjustified power trip its been on, then it might get knocked off the horse by a 100 foot long missle (or several hundred of them, depending).
The USA uses its strength to supress developing countries so they can remain a world strength. Most people have to tolerate it just because the USA DOES have some nice technology backing it up already. Most people don't like tolerating it though, so they complain about it.
This forces governments to ensure their own citizens safety by creating equally disgusting ways of blowing the competition off the map. Iran has created underwater torpedoes to bomb potential US warships, North Korea went a step further and said "You bomb us, you're gonna get bombed right back, in the heartland."
It's North Korea trying to provide it's citizens with the same security that any American citizen would demand, especially after 9/11.
I think humanity needs something else to fight, just so we can finally see past the little differences that we all have and get along. Nobody WANTS to start a war, they want to prevent one. That's what North Korea is probably thinking about when they build this stuff (to prevent a war), and the US thinks it is something completely different. There's no trust.
