I think this could be a hard one.
The Charmed song is good. I like the song they used it from, "How Soon is Now?"
Wonderfalls is fun to get stuck in your head.
The Buffy theme is good to play a guitar to.
But for me, I think the best would have to be Tru Calling's theme. It is the song "Can Somebody Help Me?" by the band Full Blown Rose. A metal/industrial band with a female lead! Those are always my favorite kinds of bands.
Now if only KidneyThieves would make a theme song. That would be very amazing

If we're talking about a theme song with lyrics, I have to say the theme from "Gilligan's Island". It's the most upbeat, and I can actually remember the words even though I haven't heard it in years. A close second would be the theme from "M*A*S*H", though I'm not a fan of the lyrics (from the 1971 movie the show's based on).
