Pamprin and a heating pad and plenty of water and the day before my period I take a couple of pamprins because when I get my period the next day I won't have bad cramps(just make sure you take one before going to sleep)

Vicodin, if I can get any....lol Advil works well for me. I like to have my boyfriend just rest his hand where it's cramping. The pressure and the heat from his hand helps.

Heating pad or nice, warm bath. Also, as hellish as it sounds, exercise helps (or at least takes your mind off the cramps)

2 advil and a heating pad on the hotest temp. Trust me on this one. And dont eat cold stuff it makes it wors.

The week before your period or begin a daily dosage of Magnesium and 'B' Complex vitamins. I prefer organic brands, like Solgar, but make sure ANY vitamins you take are yeast free!
Also, drinking LOTS of water helps believe it or not.

Ibuprofen!!!! (aka: Advil) it does wonders!! but make sure you drink lots of water with it because after time it becomes harsh on your kidneys
