Funny as it may seem, you may need an eye exam! Often we don't realize it, but our eyesight is not up to par and our trying to focus and concentrate eventually makes us tired by the afternoon. I couldn't believe such a thing till I had my annual eye exam and my eye doctor suggested reading glasses. no more fatigue at work in the afternoon - unless I had too big a lunch (or something fried) or stayed up too late the night before.
Something else may be that you are not exactly sleeping through the night. You may have a type of sleep apnea.

Start an exercise program in the morning, even just walking around the block. Start eating breakfast, especially something like oatmeal and fruit. Go to bed earlier, you need 8 hours of sleep. Stop drinking caffene, you will eventually feel better without it (but it might take a week or so) make sure you take all your vitamins!

You could try eating very small snacks throughout the morning and into the afternoon, but they must be healthy. Another good tip is to get up and walk around a little bit; do an errand for someone, go make some copies, go to the bathroom - anything to get the blood flowing!

I am not sure if you are a person that likes to stay in shape...but the more you exercise and eat right...the more energy you store! Try some true energy drinks not the generic ones...the ones that are made right before your very eyes...like at the Java huts...try to set a schedule for your self and a good time for your self to go to bed...make sure you are getting a good 8 hrs of sleep...now days it's hard to fit that 8 hrs in, but do your best to try! If you could try the elliptical machine (works wonders) and eat right! ;)

caffine just keeps you up at night... you need to try something natural like ginsing (excuse the spelling) also ... what are you eating? to much rubbish fatty foods or not alot at all... We all know whats good for us... healthy diet, at least 8 hours sleep, plenty of water and this might sound daft but exersize will also help you to wake up and shape up, but dont go overboard! also... perhaps you lack in iron... you can talk to your doctor about this ! good luck with this!

I usually get sleepy after eating.. call it food coma.. haha
but maybe you should try listening to some music.
And if you get enough sleep at night (8 hrs would be recommended) then you shouldn't be feeling tired at work.
