You can get white tulips and constantly water them with blue food coloring added. They won't live long, but they will turn blue.

the natural colors of tulips are only red, white and yellow. some gene modifications led to black tulips too, but you can still see some red reflections on it. any other color you will find is just paint

Webbs have just produced a new variety of velvet blue tulips, only available in the u.k at the moment as it not got its export licence yet

When you water them if you will add some food color to the water they will be the color you choose....whether it be blue or whatever...

I myself have never seen them, but I do know there is a shade of violet, that in a certain light will appear blue.

NOT THAT I KNOW OF BUT YOU CAN ALWAYS DIE THE WHITE ONES TO BLUE I THINK THEY ADD FOOD COLORING AS IT IS NON TOXIC IM NOT SURE HOW THEY DO THIS I THINK THE FLORIST ADDS IT TO THE WATER OF CUT PLANTS
