Try 100% Tea Tree Oil. Go to the nearest drugstore and they can find it on the shelves for you. This is great for getting rid of pimples, but remember that you need to cleanse your face with Cetaphil and avoid using cosmetics that contain oil. Also, avoid eating greasy and spicy food. Good Luck!

I broke out alot this month and I believe it is because of my new makeup. So maybe its your make up.
If you dont use makeup then it might just be because you have oily skin? Oil clogs up your pores which causes pimples. So remember to wash your face twice a day and use toner to minimize your pores.

Wash your face like the shampoo bottle tells you to wash your hair, wash rinse then repeat every morning, it helps some, use good cheap old fashioned soap. Rubbing alcohol on cotton buds at night can help too. Good luck, it's the best thing about making it into your 40's no more no more..

Don't touch your face. Stick with one cleaner long enough to see if it works (usually a one month trial will be able to show signs of clearing). I like Cetaphil, it's not too drying or harsh on your face but it does the job. Hope you find one without having to wait very long. A bad face is never what us girls like to deal with!!

Sometimes this is due to your diet, try drinking more water this will detoxify you and your skin should start looking clearer and have more of a glow. you should also remember to cleanse tone and moisturise.
Good luck and try not to squeeze them.
