Well there are no hacks. =( But what you can do is level up your wood cutting until you can cut Yew Trees. After your able to cut those you can sell Yew Logs for about 300 each. You can also mine until you can mine rare types of ore and then sell 'em. There are certain skills that help you earn money and some that just help you survive.
Skills that you can earn a living from....
1. Rune Crafting
2. Mining
3. Smithing
4. Woodcutting
5. Fishing
6. Crafting
7. Theiving (Members Only)
8. Herblore (Members Only)
9. Fletching (Members Only)

Cheating is bad.
I've managed to get to lvl 84 char (non member) with only hard work and determination.
Though i do not play now...........
