I had the new laser eye surgery done. I love it. I am 27. It has been over a year. My right eye is a little dry at times, but it is so much better than fooling with contacts or glasses. I definetly recommend it. Just like all surgeries, there are complications. I was very scared that I may never see again, but it turned out fine. I would never do it again, but I am very glad I got up the nerve to do it.

I have had laser surgery and am the happiest woman in the world for it! I have had no problems or side effects. But - do what the doctor tells you to.
My surgery took all of 10 seconds per eye - if that. No pain.
Yes - very safe!

I had it done 12 years ago when it first came out, hurt like hell, though I think the method is different and less painfull now. Only problem ive had is night-glare. Cant judge distance while in a car at night if headlight are coming at me. Not really bothered me as i dont drive, but sitting in passenger seat I get tense as I cant judge how close we are to oncoming cars due to the glare.

if you do drive, think about whether its worth the risk or not.

hi
well all i can say is this, i know people that ave had it done, and they have had trouble with the yes since months ago,
your sight is the most precious sense that we have, i would think very very hard before you undergo such treatment, i would certainly have a chat to your doctor first, if lazer gos wrong your sight has gone as well, all the very best,
ps never mind about fashion if you wear glasses, at least you can see!!!!!

I was going to get it until my new eye doc mentioned that it worsens night glare, mine is bad now and I don't want it worse so he told me not to do it if I want to keep driving at night. If yours isn't bad then I have a friend that swears she would do it again in a heartbeat.

I only know 1 person who had it done & he really recommends it...especially as the price has dropped a lot.

Personally I'd love to have it done but am too scared.
