go to the doctor and get prenatal visits, and vitamins and things like that and start eating healthy stop smokiing and drinking (if you do that) don't do drugs and let me tell you, if you want to keep your figure don't over indulge yourself in junk food and walk atleast a mile everyday. You will have your pre-pregnancy body back within weeks if you do!!

The home pregnancy test can produce a false positive in some cases, book an appointment with your GP (doctor) or go to a family planning clinic and ask for a blood test - results are much more accurate. Following this you need inform the father and your family. Look at where you are right now in your life and assess your options from there. You may feel alone and confused, not to mention scared right now at this overwhelming change in your life but rest assured you have options and the people who love you will help you and support you through this time. Best of luck!

Well, there a lot of things you can do! First, tell the father that you are pregnant. Then you can go ahead and tell whoever else you want. It is important that you go to a doctor and inform them of your pregnancy. They probably will run tests on you to make sure you are pregnant, and if you are, they will make sure that you are physically prepared to have a child. If you haven't already started eating healthy, now is the time to do so! Begin to physically and mentally prepare for this child, as it will be here in just a few months! Hope you are comfortable while going through this long journey!

You decide the following things:
a) Whether or not you are going to carry full term. Whether or not you are going to keep baby.
b) Who you are going to tell.
if this is not even a question...
c) Whether you will have a midwife or a doctor for your prenatal care. I suggest a midwife, since they are trained to regard pregnancy and birth as a natural bodily function instead of a medical emergency. They have more time to devote to your questions and concerns at prenatal visits, they are more respectful of your desires and choices, and they are just nicer! And still fully qualified.

d) Take a look at your diet and decide whether you want everything that you're putting into your body to go into your baby's. I would strongly suggest quitting smoking, alcohol and drugs if you are involved in any of these things. They can have detrimental, even fatal, effects on your baby.

e) Enjoy your pregnancy! Actually this one should be first. There's lots of info online about all the choices you have as far as your prenatal and birth care, so do your research thoroughly.

Might I recommend The Natural Pregnancy Book, by Aviva Jill Romm. It's beautifully written.

give birth after a certain time span, usually.

to give a proper objective suggestion relevant to your situation really requires more information than you've given us. i.e. are you actively trying to get pregnant? or is it something you don't want? are you in a relationship? do you both want kids? are you actually only 14 and your parents are going to freak? you're a complete virgin / pre-menarche / a guy / a long way into the menopause and you have no idea where it's come from and are freaking out even as we speak?

well, actually, i can offer the following advice on things to avoid doing:
Having any radioactive exposures (x-ray, radiotherapy, isotope imaging)
Taking a lot of aeroplane journeys, or any at all if possible (and long car trips)
Smoking
Drinking heavily
Doing drugs
Riding crazy rollercoasters
Panicking.

If young and not ready an abortion asap, the earlier the better.

Whilst still a bunch of cells.

If parents are in anyway decent they should be supportive but I can't guranatee that the more relgious the more nasty.

Its your life nobody elses but babies wreck young peoples lives and adoption only hurts both you missing the kid and the kid feeling abandoned.

firstly go to the doctor, they always ask if you want to keep the baby and would be able to refer you to the right help you need either way. My doctor was funny cause he blurted out congratulations first..then asked! i think he felt a bit silly. luckily i did want to keep him and i have an 8 week old now.
if you don't want to keep the baby then the doctor should be able to refer you to an abortion clinic, and the sooner you have the abortion the better for you if this is what you want. good luck either way and don't be pressured into either descision because neither route is easy make sure it what you want 100%

Go to the doctor, they will give you a blood test, if that comes back positive then you need to find a OBGYN doc that will guide you through the entire pregnancy.

Go see your doctor, and confirm the results. Once you see the doctor your doctor will advise you to what you should do next. Be happy, your going to bring a living breathing precious baby into the world. Congratulations!

what do you want to do?
you should do what will be best for you at the point of life you are currently in and what you believe is a morally acceptable thing to do
you didn't say if this is a good thing, a scary thing, a bad thing; or how old you are, if you know who the father is, if you have a support system...
