Send a certified letter to his PO Box - because the PO Box is in a post office (instead of a off-site mail company) he will have to sign for the letter to read it. That way you have proof that you tried to contact him.
You can also try www.veromi.com and see what addresses they have for him. The basic information is free, but they charge to give out the addresses.
