OF COURSE! I have 3 young daughters....well teenagers...just use a tampon.it will not take your virginity either (another question I've been asked by one of my girls)After swimming make sure you change your tampon as soon as you can. This will help minimize getting an infection. Peace!

Yes of course, but you need to use a tampon if you are on your period and you want to swim. Have fun and enjoy your summer.

I swim daily and its fine as long as you wear a tampon. I recommend changing it as soon as you can once you're out of the water for the day or at the most every three or four hours.

Of course girl! Use a tampon before you hit the water, and if your flow is pretty bad, change it about every 2-3 hours. Bring some along in your purse and you'll be fine!!!

I hear that you can as long as you wear a tampon but some girls do wear tampons. So if you think that you won't fill comfortable then don't go. It can help or make cramps worse.

Yes, but I wouldn't swim in the ocean. Sharks can sense blood from far away...seriously!

Yes, but please wear a tampon. No pads!! And I actually think swimming and the water helps slow the flow. Have fun!
