Why dose my penis get hard just befor i pee my diaper?

It wont get that way when i want it to but ever time i have to pee it gets that way

You must be an old geezer, to be wearing a diaper and having a penis that won't do what you want. On the other hand, you don't have much experience: getting hard is a way the body has to keep you from peeing when you're not in control (like asleep).
