THERE HUMAN FIRST OF ALL. SOME ARE NOT HAPPY SOME BECAME CURIOUS ON DRUGS AND ALCOHOL AND BECAME ADDICTS, SOME HAD ISSUES BEFORE THEY BECAME FAMOUS AND NOW THERE IN THE SPOTLIGHT EVERYBODY NOW KNOWS THEIR BUSINESS. SOME ARE LONELY DUE TO THEY CANT GO OUT WITHOUT FANS BEGGING FOR AUTOGRAPHS. SO THEY BECOME HERMITS AND TRY TO FIND AN ESCAPE THROUGH DRINKING AND DRUS.

They do drugs and alchohol because of the pressure of being a celebrity. You have all those people folowing you everywhere taking pictures of you and your always on the news if you do something wrong. If someone who isnt a celebrity does something that a celebrity does it would be all over the paper about the celebrity and not the normal person. Celebritys have alot of stress. They turn to drugs and alchohol for an outlet.

You have it all wrong. The "really" rich and famous are intelligent and good people who work very hard for their wealth(as opposed to the "ugly flashy" "infamous" who make money from "sleaze"). If you believe all the negative garbage in the magazines that tells all of the negative aspects of people's lives, then you will miss the fact that only hard work and living "right" can really make an actor rich and famous. For example: John Travolta, Harrison Ford, etc. who are truly rich and famous and good people.

Along with being a celebrity comes a new life of pressure, so they turn to alcohol and drugs to "soothe" their anxiety. Peer pressure is also a significant reason.

Even though their rich and all money is not what makes the world go round and people think that it does

The fame and fortune goes to their head and they become disassociated.
Alcohol and other drugs become the norm for them in their search for whatever is missing in their new lives.
Some recover and snap back to reality. They become spokespersons for substance abuse. Those who don't become statistics and take-up permanent residence in the cemetary.

Because most celebrities are self absorbed. They can get rid of the thoughts that they have about themselfs so they drink.

Its weird but people in the music or movie bizz usually have issues. I think thats where there creativeness comes from. It seems like "Artsy" people are just that way. Lol.

Because they are normal human beings like everyone else. They are in the spotlight so everyone sees them constantly and hears about them constantly. If it were you or I not many people would notice and/or care.

Thet think it`s cool but it`s just setting a bad example for kids that watch too much T.V.
