I would give some of it to my parents, siblings. Make them all comfortable. I would invest some of it. I would also donate to certain charities. I would be pretty practical I think. I would travel around the world with it, thought. That would be my big "splurge."

Wow, $60 million?
I would prob invest 40 million of it in a charitable trust and give college scholarships to several hundred people a year with just the interest... (2,000,000 a year in interest will pay for a lot of college for people who need help)
I would take 15 million and make a family trust and live off of the income (Just the interest would be close to 600,000$ a year)
I would spend about 2 million, buying a bunch of land in Oregon or Colorado and building a house, a car, ect...
That would leave me 3 million to stick in savings, and give away to friends and family...

Pay off all my student loans, travel the world, particularly to the country my hubby is in. Give a big chunk to my parents so they can retire and some to my siblings so they can pay off their student loans. Then, buy a house for myself, start some store, franchise, maybe restaurant...and with the rest of it, invest in stocks or something. XD
With what I want to do, I don't think i need 60mil, I think 10 mil is enough. Mind to give me 1/6 of that 60mil? Hehe.

I would buy a house for each of my children and a yearly account they could draw on. I would travel a bit and make sure my husband would not need a nursing home but his own staff of nurses. The rest I would doll out to people who need it.

First I would pay off my condo, cars, credit cards, etc. I would then buy my parents and in-laws whatever house they wanted wherever they wanted it along with whatever cars they wanted.
Then I would buy a vineyard in Napa Valley and build a huge mansion and live off the interest.
I would also travel the world.

I'd start to enjoy my life! I'd be able to travel to all the places in the world that I've always dreamed of visiting, never have to worry about tomorrow, I'd just live in the moment. Wonderful!
