Being happy is asking for a lot !!! Since you are asking this question to a bunch of strangers,,,,you probably aren't very happy at the moment......Think back ! When was the last time that you were happy, whether it was just for a second or an entire day, and what was it, that made you happy? Ask yourself, if you should be happy? Think about the person that you are ! Are you a nice person? Are you an honest, sincere, caring, giving, funny, responsible, trusting and any other 'good' traits type person???
If you are coming up short in any areas,,,work on it, make it better. Make yourself your best friend. Do the right thing. Help someone. Make someone else happy for the right reason.

How will we ever know if we will be happy i look at it like this we can make our lives what we want so if you want to be happy make your self happy

if you dont know sadnest you will not know what happeness is.
and if you are sad over the lost of some thing then you must of been very happy at one time. the BIBLE has the anseres for me but i dont read it much and theire for i too am not always happy
