Its more likely baby acne... dont do anything other than clean her face with a warm damp washcloth.. they will go away

Little white spots, that sounds like milk bumps or also called baby acne. There is really nothing you can do about that. It's completely normal. It usually fades, going away completely as they get older.

Ask your pediatrician. Don't mess around with babies if you aren't sure of what you are doing. Off course, you can always try some moisturizer.

It's probably baby acne, it'll go away on it's own, just put plenty of lotion on it.

I've always heard them called "milk bumps" --- If your anything like me - they drive you crazy! --- However, just leave them alone and they will go away on their own.
