While I disagree with their views, I agree that they should have the right to have and express those views. This is provided by the first amendment that guarantees our right to have different views. If they take action against a person (such as cross burning, etc), I believe they should suffer criminal prosecution and serve the appropriate jail term.

The KKK before it was made illegal... They had millions of followers...
It was by then linked with religious dogma...
Not all KKK "followers were necessarily violent (yet certainly at least racist) .... It was clear though that the issue was with the leadership who were preaching hatred, racism, violent discriminations...
If we are faced with another religious group with millions of followers and in their house of prayers they teach Racism, hatred and discrimination, should we also ban them ?

i do because not tryin 2 start no racial problem. But i thought it was wrong how they treated MY PEOPLE all because we didnt hop when they wanted us to hop. God didnt put us here on earth 2 c wat color can rule another race. BUT NOT TRYIN 2 SOUND SMART but every sum should have really gotten punished but SOME DIDNT BECAUSE THEY THOUGHT IT WAS ALL RIGHT............. but life goes on . a whole lot better then bac in da day. Its cool now cause both races connect more then ever now. And thats all that matters.

i think its totally wrong...but then again shouldn't the question be..."doesn't anyone think that the coverage the media give the KKK is wrong?....the media give them the ability to carry on doing what they are doing...if the media just blanked them...then they wouldn't have the notoriety and fame that they are getting.

Yes I do too. The Klu Klux Klan and Nazis are both terrible groups that should be arrested for their crimes. Their should be no tolerance for racism.

I believe they have the right to gather and speak and feel they way they wish - I do not believe they have the right to infringe on others, harm others....
