It depends, most likely it's something called "flea bites" though your sister hasn't actually been bitten by fleas it's called this because of the resemblance to an actual flea bite. Newborns can have various skin issues and most are nothing to worry about, though if they are oozing any liquid, spreading, getting larger,or don't start to go away it is definitely a good idea to call the Pediatrician. Another possibility is a mild allergic reaction to laundry detergent if this is the case you could try a detergent called Dreft it's very gentle and made for a baby's sensitive skin. ALWAYS call the Pediatrician if a rash is present with fever!!! This can be a sign of a serious illness.

Baby acne is perfectly normal and most babies get it. It will go away on it's own. The acne is caused from the Mother's hormones that were circulating around inside the baby while it was in the womb. Now the baby is living outside the womb and it's entire body is trying to adjust to it's new environment. Don't be concerned, just enjoy your new sister!

Yes but you should not pop them cause you will scar her for life. Under her pours are the fluids that were in your mother that she lived in. You should lightly rub some rubbing alcohol on the acne and they will go away!

Tray with Eosin,(red fluid) . Yes, most of babies have that, but they not feel good with that. Change soap or shampoo and good wash baby's clothes of washing soap for clothes. Also good is Chamomile Tea.

Yes it is normal - they'll look like tiny whiteheads sometimes. They will go away. She's getting "used" to the world and so is her skin.
