Use a condom.
If you are in a place where sex will "get you in trouble" with your parents, or, um, the LAW because there are laws about underage sex if one of you is a minor and the other isn't. It's called statutory rape. If you think you will get in trouble with your parents, maybe you are too young and should reconsider. You have the rest of your life to have sex, don't rush into it too soon.

If you're worried about getting in trouble then you're probably not at a point in your life where you should be having sex. When you have sex, it should be worry-free with someone you love, and probably at an age where you don't have to answer to anyone else.

If you really want to have sex then its best to do it safely.
condoms with spermicide and birth control.
Babies are an issues but not the biggest concern. There are alot of STD's floating around out there so don't be shy to ask him if hes been active with anyone else or if hes ever been tested!
I got a STD from my HUSBAND! He was faithful but he got it before we were commited and I just never contracted it till after because we always used condoms. So please step up and ask because it is your health on the line if you don't

The only way to guarantee no trouble is not having sex. Otherwise use protection and if you become pregnant then deal with the consequences.

I know it's hard to wait sometimes, but if you feel like you are ready, and your partner is ready, make sure you both use protection, and make sure his condom isn't a couple years old, because you can get into more trouble than it's worth. But weigh all of your options before you make a commitment like that to anyone.
