what it has to do with is the change in hormones around the time of your period, if it is really bad and you really want to do something about it you can talk to your doctor about going on birth control to try and help balance your hormones alittle better, I am on bc to balance mine for migraines that is how I know that hormones go haywire and cause headaches around your period. Some other things to know is that caffeine will help deliver any medications you take because caffeine thins your blood so it goes into your bloodstream faster and better, just know you don't need allot just a glass of soda or a cup of coffee will do the trick. Also try and stay away from nitrates around that time of the month which are found in things like white potatoes, hot dogs and sausages, processed lunch meats, and sharp cheeses. I hope this info helps Oh and before I forget try Alieve I think it works wonders way better than the others.

Yes, there is a solution. Go for a manual one-time treatment called Atlasprofilax. The effect on the self-healing power of your body is simply amazing, experienced it myself! :-)

Just - the treatment is available in California and Europe only, costing approx. 220 dollars. It's really worth travelling far.

There just part of the period. I get them too and they hurt like hell. I cant open my eyes because it just makes it worse so I lay in bed for the majority of the time. Just take some ibuoprofen and suck it up. I know that sucks but its all Ive ever found to do.
