DropLoad.com is a free service (I know, I've used it myself) where you can drop your files off and have them picked up by someone else at a later time. (Or pick 'em up yourself). Each file can be a maximum of 100MB. I don't know if this is large enough for your video files, but hopefully it is. :) The link to the website is below.

www.oxyshare.com and www.rapidshare.com are good and free for storing any types of files.
Though u have to store the URL's on ur computer and send those to any1 who wants the files.
