You are the office manager and your job description includes answering phones and scheduling? It sounds to me like you are the entire office in a very small company. How many people work under you? If you don't have a staff, you are not really an office manager. In some parts of the country that is a tremendous amount of money. Only you can answer if you feel that you are comfortable with what you earn. Can you live off of your take home?

As far as a raise goes, when was the last time you had one? Most places give 3% annually.

Depends on how long you've been with the company and your relationship with the owners. You should pair back your hours to 40hrs a week and request overtime compensation for anything above that. That's essentially your raise. I'm sure you're giving them the extra hours out of the goodness of your heart and you want the company to succeed in acheiving it's goals but a company IS required to pay overtime for anything over 40 hrs. You'll just have to put your foot down and make them understand.

i would ask for 5 % and tell them its the cost of living and gas prices. As long as you are doing a good job and you are a profitable business they would probably except instead of training a new manager. or be gutsy and start with 10% and settle for 5%

personally I think you make too little, WAY too little. I live in Metro D.C area and office managers generally pull around 40-50k a year here.

Good luck with that, they would likely just find someone to do it cheaper if you ask for too much.
