With all of the porno on the internet, in magazines, all the strip clubs and escort services, there are a lot of women who are taking their clothes off and some having sex for money. Can it be said that women are more promiscuous than men, or are they just taking advantage of us?

There's an old saying, you don't pay a hooker to come - you pay her to go. Some men want the physical without the emotional. And some women are ready, willing and able to provide it.

I never considered it selling my body - more like renting selected parts of it. I was an exotic dancer to support myself while I went to University - and there is no other job I know of that has such flexible hours and good pay. I was never promiscuous - I was married, as a matter of fact - and nor did I consider it to be taking advantage of anyone, anymore than a bar takes advantage of patrons by charging hugely inflated prices for liquor. I found a lot of the customers at strip clubs wanted to talk and not much else, which was fine with me - although even those who wanted private dances rarely crossed the line.

ANd it's true, lots of men rent themselves too. If you have a good body and enjoy the work, nobody gets hurt.

Seems to me selling your body is not nw at all been happening for 100s of years. Women are the more prevalent sellers because men are hungry for sex. Women do not use men for men willingly are on the lookout for a available women. Women are more discreet but they are no different at the bottom line

Women can get sex whenever they want it (we men are always willing to jump at it) while men have sex whenever they can get it.

Females prostitution sort of takes adavantage of this situation in which it is easier for a guy to just pay for it and get there and then.

They are taking advantage. Men are way more likely to pay for sex than women are, women (whores mainly) are capitalising on the weakness of men.

no there are male strip clubs, prostitutes and escorts, don't get it twisted and there is alot more gay male porn and sex industry stuff that either rivals or exceeds female workers

i think it would be better to say that there is a real market for such behavior,not that they are more promiscuous than men,if there want a market for it demanded by men,then there wouldn't be as many.

Just want to make money, and it's a means to an end. It doesn't argue much for their moral standards, though.
