What are some stereotypes that you have in your country?

There are lots of stereotypes in the UK:
- lower class people ("chavs") wear imitation brand sports gear, with their trousers tucked into their socks, take part in mild illegal activity, get drunk at least every Friday, and have a penchant for watching or taking part in reality chat shows like "Trisha".
- middle class people are always anxious, have (or at least their children have) allergies (wheatgerm intolerance, etc.), and are the most concerned about class status (they're known as the "chattering class")
- upper class people play polo, live in large houses with really old, worn furniture, look down on everyone of a lower class, are pro-hunting and vote Conservative.
- mechanics are sexist, overweight and always think they are God's gift to women, and invariably have a pin-up calendar of semi-clad nubile women.
- old people always talk about "the war" (WWII), are partially, if not completely deaf, moan about the youth of today and drink unnatural amounts of tea.
- for British people in general: "no sex please, we're British" (which is ironic as our country has the highest rate of adolescent pregnancy in Europe), the stiff upper lip, and we are the world experts at queuing and humour.

red headed people are bad tempered.
fat women are ugly and lonely.
skinney women are good in bed.
blondes have more fun.
women should stay home and not drive.
all south and central americans have spanish blood. ( they are indian 97% of them anyway).

In the UK anyone with jeans and a hooded top is a thug....and anyone that has piercings and tattoos must be dense and unemployable....coz no one will employ them for the way they look....its criminal.
