Yes you have the right to be angry. You loaned him your car and he more or less trashed it for you, what a slob. The next time he ask to borrow anything from you just tell him sorry but you like your stuff kept clean and that letting him borrow something just gets it filthy. I bet he also brought it back with less than a full tank of gas.

You have the right to be angry or happy or feel however you feel.
The fact is that you loaned him your car and didn't put any restrictions on his use of it, so the fact that he had sex in it shouldn't be a concern.
However, I'd be darn mad to be left with the mess. Since you get along well, call him and tell him to get his fanny over and clean that car out. Most garage vacuums will suck out all the sand but I'd want an antibacterial cleaner used on every other thing in there.

Why did you feel obligated to lend him your car? It's good that you still get along but you shouldn't feel as though you need to fulfill his material needs if he's a little inconvenienced. I would make him clean it up and then I would tell him that if this type of situation arises again, that he needs to rent a car. He is responsible for helping you with your child you are not responsible for him, his belongings, his possessions, or his short comings.
I would say you have ever right to be angry at him for being irresponsible but at the same time, you did lend him the car.

Well you let him take the car, knowing he was going on a date. So I wouldnt be mad about the sex (which I dont think you are, just in case though). However I WOULD be VERY VERY mad about the mess, he should have cleaned up after himself..then again he is a man (all women know what I mean by that...lol). I would def be mad though, so I dont blame you!

Well Yes and No, yes because your ex should have had the decency to clean up his mess, but no because you lent him the car with no stipulations like 'I want it washed and vacuumed when you bring it back' or 'what ever you do, no sex in the car'. or 'I want a full tank of gas when I get it back'.....
So no...you got exactly what you asked for since you were not specific about the rules.
Just to give you an idea, according to law, if you loan your car to someone and they wreck it and you loaned it without a written or spoken stipulation with witnesses present that they were liable for any damage. The law and the insurance company holds you..yes you responsible for any damage to your car or to to other cars or buildings not the driver, so you cannot even sue the driver to get it fixed. The driver might get his license suspended or a traffic ticket from the cop, but thats all.
Just something to think about next time you lend your car to someone.

Yes, you have every right to be angry. You were nice enough to let him use your car to go out in - he should have been polite enough to pay for a cheap motel if he was going to have sex.
You should talk to him about how you feel and tell him how thoughtless and rude it was to have had sex in your car AND not even have the courtesy to have cleaned it up. He needs to know that he was wrong. After you make your point - your best bet is to forgive him and move on, and maybe not let him use your car for dates anymore.

I might only be 14 but I say yes you have a right to be mad at him because that is your car and not his if he was going to do that he should have done it in the house not in the car. So go ahead and be mad at him.

I would be, he didn't show respect for your personal belongings, by 1: having sex in your car, and 2: not cleaning up the mess.
He should be a nice guy and get your car cleaned out or pay to clean it out, but the disrespectful behavior of having sex with her in the back of your car, I don't know.
I do find that to be disrespectful to you for doing that.

You have the right to be angry abut anything you want to be angry about.
I am not sure why you feel the need to get any one's permission to be angry.
But what good is being angry going to do you?

Ummmm yeah, I think it is very inconsiderate of him, especially if he made a mess, he should have cleaned it up, he sounds like a pig, and maybe it would have been a good idea to ugh maybe had sex in a hotel or a bed.. I would never let him borrow your car again.
