Will Virgin mobile cover me with there manufactor warranty package from scraping the logo on top the Audiovox 8910

I mean that isnt the reason why I'm getting the kit, its not the logo that is effecting my phone, just my battery almost screwed up my phone and such and such...

There shouldn't be a problem. I work for Virgin Mobile and we handle that kind of thing a lot. Try a power cycle if your battery is acting up. All you do is take the battery out of he back of the phone and press the red phone key for 5 seconds. Then replace the battery back in. About 80% of the time, this fixes batery issues.

No, they would say the reason you phone isn't working is physical damage, saying that you dropped the phone, ect, you may be able to sneak it by but why risk it.
