Impatients havn't worked. Literally 0 sunlight.

Hostas grow well in the shade. They increase in size each year. Their bloom is on a long stalk with a delicate little bloom. Other choices may be explored by visiting online seed and plant catalog sites. Many wildflowers that grow in forests are attainable for planting in shady areas. Depends on your climate, amount of space, etc.

Go to any gardening website; deternine your climate zone first & then look under SHADE GARDENS or shade loving plants. You might look at ground covering shade plants depending on your needs.

Some ivies, clematis (vines with pretty flowers), Lillies-of-the-Valley, coleus, some gingers, vinca & hostas might do.

I prefer to buy fewer annuals as they need to be replaced & planted again ever year. I prefer perennials; they return yearly when kept healthy.

Yes def Hostas or as far as flowers impaitents love shade.

Oh, you totally need to go with hostas. They are great plants. They do great with no sun and come back every year!

I have these 2 HUGE ferns on my deck, they get minimal to no sunshine and continue to grow year after year.... I love them
