According to Aristotle, the chicken. Eggs become chickens, but chickens do not become eggs (they lay them, but they do not become them). Therefore, an egg is a chicken only in potentiality, but a chicken is a chicken in actuality. Since, according to Aristotle, actuality takes precedence over potentiality, the chicken takes precedence over the egg, i.e. it comes first.

I say it was the chicken that came first. When the world was created, the Lord created the animals and man and then told them to multiply and replenish the earth. So THEN came the egg and the babies!

G-d came first. He created the chicken and the hen. The hen lay the egg; the egg hatched into a chicken, and that chicken lay an egg. ...etcetera.
