Looks-wise it's a toss up between Derek & George.
If you add the personalities to it, I think George come out ahead. He's just starting out so he's entitled to be a bit indecisive at times. Derek on the other hand is old enough to know better, he needs to get his act together.

I gotta tell ya, I love this show (and I'm NOT gay, either).
I personally think that several of the guys are really good looking but I'd have to vote for George (before he had his hair chopped off).
Burke is just way-too macho, and it fits his cold, steely manner.
Shepherd is like a grown-up O'Malley - soft, sensitive, but obviously lost in decision making when it comes to women.
Karev is a pompous jock who is all talk, no action.
Who is Dequete?
So, why didn't you include Richard Webber in this line up?
Are us old guys just not hip anymore?
